Cosignment Agreement
Consignment Deal is a 60/40 contract in which the consignor (Custom Concepts) receives 60% of all said sales according to the purchase price agreed upon thereof within the thirty (30) days of said sales. Inventory is to be taken every thirty (30) days unless oral agreement from the consignor and consignee is agreed upon. What is needed and is provided is outlined in list below:
- We need to see a picture of your retail store front. We are currently looking for a permanent store front available to the public.
- A resale tax I.D. must be provided before we complete transactions. A state business license will also suffice.
- Each location will be provided with a maximum of 140 shirts.
- Custom Display cases for the shirts can be arranged with a lease agreement. Each case is 69” in height and 24” width; it is supported with 4 casters for easy maneuvering and placement. Please see picture on page 4.
- Two (2) window posters will be provided with consignment along with pricing display stand.
All new designs released will be offered to you as an addition or substitution. In the case of a substitution, all t-shirts need to be in the original bagging with no physical flaws or damages. Shipping cost will be at the consignee’s expense.
